Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers in finding the products or services they need, and making recommendations to meet their needs
  • Handling clerical duties such as customer files, contracts, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a positive and organized sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • A strong desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (arenaflex will provide training and tools to ensure your safety)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
