Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales via chat or phone. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service. This is a commission-only position, offering a competitive pay structure and opportunities for bonuses and giveaways.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with leads, and encourage customers to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handle customer calls or assign leads to our closers for assistance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and generate a minimum of 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service
