- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Customize insurance plans for individuals and businesses to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings potential.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best service to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
