  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with affluent clients seeking luxury properties, providing personalized guidance throughout their buying or selling journey
  • Conduct detailed property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase premium listings effectively
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, print advertising, and networking events to attract high-net-worth buyers and sellers
  • Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments within the luxury real estate sector
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws during all transactions
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail
  • Coordinate property management activities when applicable, including inspections, maintenance schedules, and tenant relations for luxury rental properties
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering expert advice, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the sales process
  • Keep organized records of client interactions, listings, showings, negotiations, and transactions to support seamless operations

Skills

  • Proven expertise in negotiation techniques that maximize value for clients while fostering trust and long-term relationships
  • Strong marketing skills with experience in digital advertising campaigns, social media promotion, and branding within the luxury real estate market
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate property features and facilitate smooth negotiations
  • Deep understanding of real estate law, contracts, disclosure requirements, and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliant transactions
  • Knowledge of property management practices relevant to high-end residential or commercial properties
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in real estate administrative functions such as documentation processing or transaction coordination is preferred
  • Customer service orientation focused on delivering a premium experience tailored to upscale clients’ expectations
