BCBA, LBA - Low Billable & Remote
About the position Children with autism and their families deserve consistent, high-quality support. That's harder to deliver than it sounds, and most BCBAs know exactly why. At Horizon Blue, we've tried to build a structure that makes it possible. Caseloads of 8 to 10 families. Hours between 15 and 25 per week, with billables that reflect the work you're doing and the growth of the families we serve. Clinical decisions driven by what each child needs, not by pressures that push against good care. Remote work requires more from a communicator, not less. Parents who never meet you in person need to trust that someone is watching their child's progress closely, adjusting when things aren't working, and reaching out before they have to ask. The BCBAs who do this well are proactive, direct, and treat parent relationships as a core part of the clinical work, not a task on the side. We support our team through weekly collaboration, clinical mentorship, and involvement in RBT placements. We're a growing team, and we're honest that the opportunity here scales with the work. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- 1+ years of experience in ABA
- Medicaid ID from New York State
Nice-to-haves
- Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish
