Dallas – Experienced Consultative sales Medicare Advisor| Remote | OTE $90,000+

Chapter is hiring for Experienced Medicare/Benefits Advisors. In this role, you will guide Americans as they sign up for Medicare and pick a specific coverage. This is a full‑time remote role that requires an in‑person onboarding. You must have previously passed the life and health insurance exam and worked in Medicare sales. In this role, you will spend several hours each day advising seniors over the phone and email. We’re building cutting‑edge software to help our advisors work better. You should apply for this position if you are excited to set and achieve ambitious goals. We measure advisor performance based on three things: 1) Customer satisfaction 2) Customer retention 3) Number of customers enrolled. While your compensation will be tied to your sales performance, it does not vary based on the specific coverage you recommend, even if it is with a carrier that does not pay Chapter. Before joining, you must have previously passed the life and health insurance exam. Chapter will help if it’s expired. Benefits and Perks

Responsibilities

• Assess seniors’ Medicare needs with an engaging, natural, and professional demeanor.
• Provide prompt and efficient service by phone and email.
• Use Chapter’s software to identify plan options for seniors.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization skills to determine what is important.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand the needs of others and empathize with them.
• Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills.
• Track record of teamwork and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Fun to work with: we want our teammates to be friends, not just co‑workers.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role with high service expectations.
• Vaccinated against COVID‑19 or have a legally recognized exemption.
• Have previously passed the life and health insurance exam and worked in Medicare sales.
