Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting with our clients, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls with precision and competence
  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver exceptional satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
  • Managing complaints, offering proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Experience with iOS and macOS
  • Ability to work nights and some weekends
  • Availability to work 8am – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
