Now Hiring: AI Video Creator Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America) and Europe. ‍ What You'll Do:

• Create engaging, high-quality video content for multiple client projects using AI tools like Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, or Kaiber.
• Transform briefs, scripts, and creative prompts into impactful short-form and long-form video content.
• Collaborate with Awesomic team members and client stakeholders on marketing, product, and brand-related video materials.
• Iterate quickly based on client feedback and deliver work aligned with various brand styles and goals.
• Continuously explore new AI video tools and approaches to enhance creativity and production speed.

• You’re a visual storyteller with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt your style to different client needs.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you work on diverse creative briefs.
• You’re self-motivated, communicative, and always looking to improve both your craft and your creative workflow.
• You enjoy working on innovative, global projects that span SaaS, marketing, product, and branding.

Must-have skills:

• 2+ years of experience in video production, motion design, or multimedia creation.
• 1+ year using AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Kaiber, Pika Labs, Synthesia).
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted video content.
• Understanding of basic editing principles (timing, transitions, sound sync, pacing).
• Ability to deliver short-form and vertical video formats (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or audio editing tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools beyond video (e.g., Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT).
• Previous work with SaaS companies or fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to work across multiple creative briefs simultaneously.
