Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, while also meeting and exceeding company sales goals. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a customized and professional experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand clients' products and services to properly explain their benefits and answer customer questions

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules
  • Take initiative and demonstrate a "can-do" mindset, meeting challenges head-on and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, exemplifying trustworthiness and hospitality toward customers and staff
  • Manage a team of Junior Customer Support Representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Support Representative role or hospitality position, such as retail or restaurant
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
  • Dedication to consistent learning and training to master the craft of hospitality and increase customer experience
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and hospitality
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, preferably in a language spoken by our target market
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
