Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Reviewer & Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our customer experience to the next level. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Review Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor customer feedback on multiple platforms (e.g., review sites, social media, surveys) to ensure all reviews are addressed promptly and appropriately.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through emails, calls, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with our products/services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer service data and review trends to identify areas of improvement. Use analytics to make recommendations for enhancing customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer feedback, response times, and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer sentiment, review scores, and satisfaction levels to share with leadership, using insights to drive improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
