Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results in safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks safely and efficiently
- Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures, including outside loading departments
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)

Estimated Salary and Benefits
