DevOps Engineer - REMOTE

Responsibilities
- Develop and run an AWS environment for self-service web applications
- Validate and deploy software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications
- Write and execute SQL to make configuration changes to applications
- Use Jenkins and Groovy scripting to collate and stage release files
- Use Unix commands to troubleshoot system and network behavior
Requirements
In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills you should have experience with:
- Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing and CodePipeline
- Operations administration with Linux, MacOS, and Windows
- Networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Code repository and change management systems
Desired Experience
- GitLab, Jenkins, Groovy and Tomcat
- Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)
- Speech enabled IVR applications
- Java programming
