Your canvas will be broad, encompassing various genres and mediums, including original song compositions, intricate film and game soundtracks, memorable commercial jingles, and bespoke music for branding and advertising. Your daily responsibilities will combine creative ideation, meticulous sound design, advanced audio engineering, and proactive project management. Key Responsibilities

• Compose, arrange, record, mix, and master musical pieces for a variety of projects, including but not limited to songs, instrumentals, soundtracks, and commercial jingles.
• Collaborate remotely with artists, clients, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling audio productions.
• Operate and maintain a professional-grade home studio setup, ensuring high-quality audio capture and production standards.
• Apply advanced audio engineering techniques, including equalization, compression, spatial effects, and automation, to achieve optimal sound quality.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all stages of production are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Provide creative input and guidance to artists, helping to refine their vision and improve overall track quality.
• Stay current with industry trends, software, and production techniques to continually enhance skills and output.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio software and hardware in a remote work environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years (48 months) of professional experience as a Music Producer or Audio Engineer.
• Proficiency in at least two industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (e.g., Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Cubase).
• Expert-level understanding of mixing and mastering principles and techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse production capabilities across various genres.
• Exceptional ear for music, rhythm, harmony, and sound design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with sound synthesis and advanced MIDI programming.
• Knowledge of music theory and composition.
• Proficiency in video game audio implementation or film scoring techniques.
• Experience with various virtual instruments and third-party plugins.
• Fluency in Italian is a plus, though not required for the role.
