As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to resolve customer inquiries and find innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Calmly resolving issues: Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating interactions: Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to requests: Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
  • Tracking call information: Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback: Providing feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling: Upselling when required.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely: Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Customer service experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Age requirement: Over 18 years of age.
  • Typing speed: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Computer skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Communication skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Operating system skills: Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and prioritization skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • Internet requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps.
  • ISP requirements: ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Internet connection type: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed: Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace: Clean and quiet workspace to ensure a distraction-free environment.
