Position Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Travel Consultant Apprentice. In this remote role, you will learn how to plan and coordinate customized travel experiences while assisting clients with everything from relaxing beach vacations to international getaways. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in building a long-term career in the travel industry. No prior experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in planning personalized travel experiences including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Provide destination recommendations, travel tips, and guidance based on client preferences
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
  • Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel vendors
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and reservation records

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel and helping others create meaningful experiences
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
  • No previous travel industry experience required — training and certification provided
