Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll provide world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert guidance on our insurance policies. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress and composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

* High School Diploma

  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the insurance industry

  • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance policies
  • Experience working with customers in a remote environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
