As a Portuguese Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Portuguese is essential, with proficiency in English also required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry, is highly desirable.
