The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to address their banking needs. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You will work closely with other lines of business to fulfill customer requests, using your independent judgment to make informed decisions that drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound and outbound calls, troubleshoot issues, and research accounts to fulfill customer requests

  • Partner with business lines to find the best solution for each customer, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Manage competing priorities to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your banking knowledge, system overviews, and customer service best-practices
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

What We're Looking For:

* 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking

  • Experience in a customer contact center setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven commitment to continuous improvement and a high attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional language proficiency is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

* Completion of at least 30 hours of college coursework

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
