Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation process. Working remotely in the United States, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule
