Key Responsibilities

As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Investigating and resolving normal database issues, including performing calamity recovery tasks
• Performing routine database support tasks, such as:

+ File maintenance and backup management (full, differential, and log backups) + Monitoring and executing SQL jobs + SQL Server troubleshooting and repair

• Developing and implementing database estimating and execution tuning practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and delivery
• Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience and training
• Proven experience in database analysis and administration, with a focus on UPS data entry
• Strong understanding of database estimating and execution tuning practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS SQL Services
• Ability to develop PowerShell scripts
• Experience with SQL AOG and database mirroring
