Key Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of what we offer
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner, always striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information as necessary, ensuring that our customer database is up-to-date and accurate
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services where appropriate, always with the customer's best interests in mind
  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures, helping to shape the future of customer service at arenaflex

Salary and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour

  • Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around business requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
