Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience successfully handling General Liability claims.
• Prior experience working with Public Entities is highly preferred, demonstrating a valuable specialization in the field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing various claims database management systems

Public Entity Focus Areas:

• Law Enforcement Liability: Claims from police misconduct, often involving video evidence.
• General Liability: Cases like slip-and-falls, dangerous public property, and vehicle accidents.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to state-specific government claims acts.

Key Contributions:

• Apply deep knowledge of tort liability and statutory law (including government immunity) to resolve complex, high-severity claims.
