Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance targets and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Excel, Access)
