Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Display Construction and Maintenance: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
  • Photo Services and Web Pick-up: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and web pick-up responsibilities.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, team members, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
