Key Responsibilities

As a Home Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Resolving problems and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
• Discovering and resolving errors in multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring records
• Collaborating with various departments to create effective solutions to resolve problems
• Utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) to perform tasks efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in records studies and analysis
• Healthcare industry experience
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• 1-2 years of associated experience

• Education: High School Diploma
