Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
  • Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
  • Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
  • Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
  • Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
  • Participating in sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales growth
  • Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive business results
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or industry-related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or industry-related environment

  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of industry trends and products
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
