Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing live chat support to customers via our website, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering questions about our products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to senior support team members when necessary.
  • Tracking and managing customer interactions, ensuring that all customer feedback is documented and acted upon.
  • Providing feedback to the team on customer feedback, helping us to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using live chat software and other customer support tools.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
