Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Sharing your passion for arenaflex's brand and products with customers, and using your expertise to help them make informed purchasing decisions
• Familiarizing yourself with arenaflex's brand site and media, as well as competitor products and services
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with the best possible options
• Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, and providing them with personalized support and guidance
• Typing at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems
• Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
• A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
• The ability to explain complex concepts at a customer's knowledge level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working with arenaflex's brand or similar products and services
• Knowledge of arenaflex's technology solutions and services
• Familiarity with arenaflex's brand site and media

Compensation and Perks

As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll enjoy:

• A 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, with the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet

• Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis ($18-$22 per hour, based on experience and skill set)
• Immediate start upon completion of onboarding

Technology Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
• Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
