Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity of our data systems. Key Responsibilities

* Review and remove nonessential data, as well as combine data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete, and methodically review completed work to check for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
  • File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and investigate reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns
  • Sift through websites for information, and retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure seamless data management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all systems and platforms

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science) preferred

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in data entry or a related field; beginner experience in spreadsheets and databases a plus
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
