As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting patients with scheduling appointments, resolving billing inquiries, and providing information on dental services and procedures
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols

Qualifications
