Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate their financial services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous learning, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Help clients navigate their financial services, including 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
  • Provide education and resources to clients to help them make informed decisions about their financial services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED required

Shifts and Hours

* Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (Must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST)

  • Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods
