Experienced Procurement Clerk (Data Entry) – Plano, TX

As a Procurement Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, from data entry to material receipt. About the Role:
As a Procurement Clerk (Data Entry) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately creating and entering purchase orders based on data from multiple formats/sources
- Monitoring and tracking inbound materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with the Receiving Team to validate and process incoming materials
- Resolving PO discrepancies or issues related to tracking, receipt, or vendor communication
- Maintaining up-to-date records of order statuses and inventory data in Excel and internal systems
- Managing high-volume email communication with vendors and internal departments
- Supporting logistics coordination efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Assisting in process improvements related to data entry and PO tracking
What We're Looking For:
* At least 1 year of experience in high-volume data entry or purchasing support role (procurement, material handling, and/or logistics)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time-sensitive conditions
- Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - with heavy use of Excel
- Sharp analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment that values precision, initiative, and follow-through

Compensation and Benefits:
* Pay Range: $22 - $24++/hr depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; day shift
