Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer experience
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
