Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative (Onsite) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your technical expertise
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with CRM software and other technical tools

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Experience working in a BPO or call center environment
