Job Overview

The Customer Experience Insights & Strategy Specialist will be responsible for driving customer experience (CX) research and voice-of-customer (VoC) insights while supporting top CX strategic priorities and programs. This role will play a critical part in informing business decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct customer experience research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement voice-of-customer (VoC) strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement CX initiatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience research and strategy
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate CX insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to leverage customer experience insights to drive business growth and revenue

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience research, strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through customer experience initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate CX insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Experience with customer experience research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with customer experience management software, including Medallia and Qualtrics
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Certification in customer experience or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
