Key Responsibilities
As a remote data entry specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Participating in online focus groups and product testing
- Completing micro tasks and data entry projects
- Providing feedback and insights on arenaflex products and services
- Collaborating with our research team to identify trends and patterns
- Helping us develop new and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: All education levels are accepted, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds
- Current USA resident: You must be a resident of the United States to participate in our research studies
- Language skills: English and Spanish are both accepted, and proficiency in either language is a plus
- Focus and attention to detail: You'll need to be able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Computer and internet skills: You'll need a stable internet connection and a computer or laptop to participate in our research studies
- Microsoft Word or Excel: While not mandatory, proficiency in Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful for keeping yourself organized
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
- Data entry skills: You should be able to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- LapTop and smartphone: You may be asked to use your webcam or smartphone for certain studies
Pay and Benefits
As a remote data entry specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with some studies paying up to $250 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
