Job Summary

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to manage your own income. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and our supportive team will be there to guide and mentor you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Calling and receiving calls from clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations

  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
  • Completing applications for insurance products and ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving

  • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work well with others and individually, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
