Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and enter data for provider enrollment, credentialing, and maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely processing of essential provider information. - Manage provider information using systems such as Salesforce, HURN, RTMS, NASCO, and Cactus: Utilize industry-leading platforms to efficiently manage and update provider data. - Review contracts and applications to ensure complete and accurate data: Verify the accuracy of provider information to prevent errors and ensure seamless onboarding. - Cross-reference provider credentials via licensing boards, accreditation sites, and sanction databases: Conduct thorough research to validate provider credentials and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Follow standard workflows and guidelines to ensure accurate, timely processing: Adhere to established protocols to guarantee efficient and accurate data entry.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience: Proven track record of accurately and efficiently managing data in a fast-paced environment. - Exposure to administrative systems or healthcare platforms: Familiarity with industry-leading platforms and systems, such as Salesforce or credentialing databases.

Required Skills:
