The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their experience with arenaflex is smooth, positive, and memorable. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Chat with new clients over the phone to welcome them and guide them on next steps

  • Take live calls transferred from our sales team and ensure everything goes smoothly
  • Update and confirm client details in our CRM system (arenaflex uses a custom CRM system)
  • Answer simple questions and put clients at ease with your friendly, clear communication
  • Create a positive and confident first impression that sets the tone for their experience

We're Looking For:

* Experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles – especially if you enjoy being on the phone

  • A naturally bubbly, upbeat, and positive attitude – you bring the good vibes
  • Comfort with tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (arenaflex's custom CRM system is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail – because every client matters
  • A team player who thrives in a high-energy, supportive environment
