Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional in our American Express Virtual Customer Care team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, while building strong relationships with clients and identifying their needs and preferences
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of American Express products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing sales
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions, in accordance with established procedures and protocols

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or sales environment
