About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and issues.

  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, providing expert advice to customers on how to get the most out of arenaflex's software.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
