Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk - Oracle Retail and SAP Ecommerce Systems

About the Role
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You'll be responsible for reviewing and entering price change requests, understanding complex promotional price changes, and managing weekly price change reports. Your attention to detail, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the successful operations of our business.
Responsibilities
- Price Change Management: Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. - Data Analysis: Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Promotional Pricing: Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations. - Cost and Price Changes: Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with AP to reopen Pos for invoice submission, manage and review weekly price change reports, and assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and creation. - Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required. - Experience: 1-2 years of related experience required, with a strong understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel. - Skills and Competencies: - Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset. - Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality. - Strong organization and collaboration skills.
