As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer calls, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting multiple customers with reward points redemption, including tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points
  • Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, such as flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using accumulated reward points
  • Providing exceptional customer service, working in a "yes" environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
