What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for medical evaluations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests
• Monitor scheduling queues, proactively coordinating appointments and managing physician availability
• Serve as a liaison between physicians, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the scheduling process
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulatory requirements in scheduling activities
• Generate scheduling status updates and support continuous improvement efforts within the department

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3+ years of experience in scheduling, healthcare operations, or a high-volume clinical environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and proactive mindset

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in workers' compensation or medical-legal scheduling environments
• Familiarity with physician scheduling workflows and healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience managing high-volume scheduling queues or complex case coordination
• Exposure to CRM, EMR/EHR, or case management platforms
