We are building a network of exceptional Medical Records Coordinators for future opportunities with Private Medical. The Medical Records Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of medical records, ensuring clinical teams have timely, complete, and accurate information to support seamless care delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and approaches work with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. Successful candidates are service-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating evolving workflows, technology, and process improvements. They bring strong healthcare coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance independent work with cross-functional teamwork in a remote environment. This is a non-patient-facing role focused exclusively on medical records operations and information management; it does not include appointment coordination responsibilities.
