As a Customer Success Manager, you'll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. With our momentum – backed by a $12 billion valuation and $800 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years – you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments, ensuring timely response and completion of customer requests.

Risk:

Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.

Relationships:

Build genuine and durable customer relationships, recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.

Product:

Collect product and operational feedback from customers and share it with relevant internal stakeholders, driving adoption of platform features that lead to a better customer experience and better retention.

Internal Advocacy:

Champion new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience

in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.

Elite performance
