Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting data analysis to inform business decisions and drive product development
• Developing and automating reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide insights at scale
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Helping arenaflex make key decisions to improve products and services
• Providing effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.)

• Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
• Ability to articulate product questions, pull statistics from datasets (SQL), and use statistics to inform answers
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with excellent business judgment
• Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

* Currently attending a degree program in the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time

• In their penultimate academic year or returning to a post-graduation program after completing an internship
• Interest and potential to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and development, with a strong understanding of measurement, statistics, and awareness assessment
• Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports
