Job Summary
As a Multilingual B2B Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our members in generating qualified B2B leads from our online directory and offline database. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining solid business relationships with members, planning free trials, identifying and qualifying leads, and conducting video conference calls with prospects and existing clients. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members in generating qualified B2B leads from our online directory and offline database
- Build and maintain solid business relationships with members
- Plan free trials and identify and qualify leads with both new and existing customers
- Follow all CRM and database procedures
- Arrange and conduct video conference calls with prospects and existing clients
- Make outbound calls to companies who could benefit from our services
- Meet and exceed targets
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years' quota-carrying sales or customer service experience
- Fluency in Russian
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and database management

* Experience in the wholesale electronics industry
