Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products. You will engage with customers from across the nation, providing them with solutions and information about our products. Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's problem and determining the best solution

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements
