Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in coordinating customer equipment repairs from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing customer repair requests to ensure timely and efficient resolution - Collaborating with Repair Technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs - Ensuring accurate invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner - Running reports and analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvements - Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience - Attention to detail, a team player mentality, and a self-starter attitude - The ability to pass a background check and drug screen - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - A strong customer service focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service
